If you're buying new 135 is a good number but there is always one out there that is less expensive. If you're buying used you can find them cheaper with usually low miles on them, we get them all the time.
The panorama roof is a tinted glass roof. This way you can see through the roof when the top is up
...to bad it rattles though.
