I have my penis pierced. I got a frenum piercing. I really liked getting it done. It was freaky to have a needle that close to my penis, but since it isn't that radical a piercing I didn't think it was such a big deal.
All the girls I have had sex with since I got it haven't said anything bad about it. Some were freaked out when they first saw it, but they liked the way it felt.
