Blocking out Programs in Win XP
I need to be able to use my parents computer, but they dont want me to use the internet. I want to set up xbox connect which will open its own program and connect to the modem. But I need to make it so they can give me the log on password, and i will have no way to get on the internet.
Is there a way to block a user from using Internet Explorer. I thought about just deleting all the desktop and start menu shortcuts but you can still get on internet explorer by using the run command or the find file command. Does anyone know what i can do?
