Great place to visit, but I wouldn't live there. As a gringo, you won't be popular unless you're buying something. Otherwise, you're just another American. Keep in mind it's a third-world country and won't be able to help you out in retirement.
And stay the fuck away from the Federalis.
If you feel like moving out of the States, Canada and most of Europe has a much higher and safer standard of living.
