1) drink water
2) if you can, try something with sugar, like fanta for instace. This to get your blood sugar up again
3) if you can..eat. the best hangover food for me is burgers or pizza or something similar
4) relax
5) nap if you have the possibility
6) go back to the water drinking
If you cant eat try an Underberg or a Fernet Branca. But just one small. helps your stomach.
