I'm crazy about sushi. I live in an area that has lots of great cheap sushi joints.
My favorites are:
Uni
Unagi
Toro
Saba
Ukura
Ama ebi with fried heads
I don't order rolls with city names or with gobs of mayo or cream cheese in them, they just don't cut it for me.
I do like small simple maki roll's like Salmon maki and Tuna maki.

Here's a take out tray we had tonight. It costs $28 CDN, about $16 US....it's good to know your Itamae, he'll give you good deals
