While a neat trick, and something that I could see as useful in other situations, It seems to be sort of flameingly repressive to me. Somethink I could see doing for perhaps an eight year old, but teens? Even if he can't get it together to make a boot disk, or find a freind who will make him a boot disk, he can definitly get it together to go visit a freind.
But that is a really neat trick, if nothing else it would be great for practical jokes at work (set it to turn logins on and off at 3 min intervals, and watch your cube mate pull his hair out trying to figure out whats going on)
