like editing the cars stats so that the car hops when you press the "shift" key - or the whatever is set to the horn
you can edit the stats of any car in the PC version - make it go faster, slower, accelerate faster, have more damage points - increase suspension - and a bunch more - but i have yet to figure out how the taxi can do it
