				Peach Salsa
			 
 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted & rough chopped1 small red bell pepper thinly sliced short
 1 small re oind thinly sliced long
 1/4 c. fresh chopped cilantro
 1 medium clove garlic minced
 1/4 c. pineapple juice
 6 tbs. lime juice - about 3 limes
 1 jalapeno pepper seeded & chopped fine
 salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
 
 combine all in a bowl and refrigerate covered
 will keep 3 - 4 days
 great as a beef, chicken side or as a spread on fish
