Well, according to this theory, like you said, there is an infinite amount of parallel universes out there already, for every choice ever made. This means that any possible outcome of history, and even evolution, already exists somewhere.
It could be small differences in choice, like ordering chinese or eating leftovers, but it could also be a long chain of decisions - which way a protein folds, how a random and chaotic chemical reaction takes place (ie: the big bang), etc.
For all we know, if I can think about it, it exists, no matter how unlikely. A universe where giant sentient rolls of toilet paper terrorize the butt people. Or perhaps one exactly like ours, except where spacetime and matter are interchanged.
As for what I want - the decision has already been made. You just have to find the right universe where it has occurred.
