I'm pissed off about the US immigration service. The number of times I've been told to do something that turned out to be wrong, not told I needed to do something then been penalised because of it, and given frankly misleading dates for when stuff would be ready is mindboggling. Grr. All I wanted to do was live in the same country as my wife.
