I dont think this person is guilty of anything more than screwing off and possibly sending some inappropriate e-mails. She is not directly underneath me, so I am not really the person to fire her. She works for one of the managers who work for me.
Anyways, I basically want to confirm my feelings about her. Once I know she is screwing around all day, I can push the manager to let her go. It is a long story (he has been on military leave and hasn't seen recent events) but I think he still thinks she is doing a good job.
