		 No offense taken.  I didn't think you were being snotty.  I, too, have been curious abuot the legalities of situations like this but I have always heard that the employee basically has no rights over what is typed on a work computer.  Whether they signed something or not.  Haven't there been a bunch of cases that have gone to court about people who's companies looked at their e-mails?
