just like the e3 demo was just supposed to be for e3 and not leaked to whole world. I am fairly sure it will get out.
HL2 will, in my opinion, be better than Doom3 but who cares. They will both be amazing and the engines are what i cant wait for. So many awesome games will be coming out using those engines.
