All I can say is that, if you actively take part in the community, it will happen surprisingly quickly.
This is especially the case if you start interesting topics and/or have good contributions to make on existing threads.
You will find yourself drawn in and end up becoming "Tilted" (the first rung on the ladder) sooner than you think...
