Upright Citizen Brigade - of course

An I'll have to second the entire batch of decent FOX comedies that they put on for 1/2 - 2 seasons and the canceled. Some of them weren't that great, but they all had that off-kilter slant that made them enjoyable.

Futurama was the worst, because FOX didn't just cancel it, they abused it, shelved it, froze it, thawed it, and did everything they could to make sure it was dead, dead, dead and that no one would be able to produce new episodes.

The show I miss the most is The Tick cartoon. I would love to have billions of episodes of that. I don't know how anything could be so damn funny and not be offensive.
