Just changing your mind doesn't make it rape. You have to change your mind and make it clear to your partner that they need to stop.
I.e. you just remembered that you forgot to take your birth control pills for the last week so you say "hey, cut it out, I forgot to take my pills" and if your partner won't stop, even though you tell him "stop, now, get off me" then yeah, it is rape.
But just changing your mind isn't enough if you don't bother to let the person who is having (consentual) sex with you know about it.
