Mostly swallow...I don't see why you would spit, your already tasting it anyways. It doesn't taste bad...just different...I think its more the texture than the taste. I love the reaction I get when I tell a guy I want to swallow it for him right before he finishes
Guys also seem to appreciate a girl who loves to swallow. I am all for cleanup duty, its fun to play with! I'll also let a guy who I've done it with a few times let me know where he wants it, I love the feeling of it on my skin!
