Alright, well here's what I would do in this situation, assuming that the body has to be disposed of entirely before the cleaner arrives:
Use any household detergents/bleach/cleaners, and wipe away all visible blood. Then for the remains, get a bucket that is big enough to cover the part that you are currently disposing of. Place the part in the bucket, and then place the bucket upside down over the garbage disposal (so the blood doesn't spray all over the walls). Poor bleach or cleaner in the disposal as it is running. That should fix your problem.
Now if there isn't a garbage disposal available, I would suggest wrapping all of the parts in trash bags, and hiding them in the closet until everyone is gone. Then dig a hole just large enough to fit the bags, and start a fire. Once the parts are nothing more than ash, simply bury the remaining evidence.
