To define what i mean by compatibility. There is a certain something, call it genetic makeup, pheremones, whatever, that makes you look at another person and either be attracted to them or not. Some people call it chemistry. One girl who is a knockout to one person may be bland to another. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As is someone's smell. Is it pleasant or repulsive to you. Of course alot of this is overlooked by many guys who are just looking for a set of tits, a hole, and a heartbeat. To each his own.
