asymmetrical strength

I have just started working out again after a long break, and I have noticed that one of my biceps is much weaker than the other. Specifically, my right arm is maybe 65% as strong as my left! So what can/should I do about this? When doing exercises like curls, should I stop the strong arm when the weak one craps out, since I don't want to be lopsided, or should I just keep going? Will this correct itself? Thanks for any insight!
