For me, it's not so much the position as it is the mood.
I like most of what's been mentioned so far but here's one of my own.
I lay on my back in bed. He kneels between my legs and lifts my legs to rest my ankles on his shoulders. Then he takes hold of my wrists and holds them about even with my hips as he enters me.
He pulls on my arms to hold me in place as he pushes *really* deep. I like the feeling of him being "all the way in" and the fact that I'm restrained without being "held down".
There's a nice balance of not being able to escape but also not being claustrophobic or smothered.
