When I worked as a cop at the Naval Training Center in Sandiego were sent after a guy who had hid in his first floor room and locked the door and hid under the bed. We knew he was in ther but didn't want to take a chance of trying to climb in the window to get him because we didn't know where he was one of the other cops stood outside of his window and said if he didn't come out we would send the dog through the window and his back-up officer started barking. The guy came flying out of under the bed flipped the lights on and unlocked the door then laid on the floor so the officers at the door could come on to get him. The whole time he was screaming for us not to send the dog in he would cooperate. The officer barking kept it up until he was cuffed and then we all busted out laughing. The best part of it was there was about 50 people standing nearby and we told them that the dog was at the station and we did not have time to wait for them. To this day they all probably thought we had a K-9 patroll even though we never did.
