umm... ubb code still works guys...
here's a quicky rundown.
[ b] [/ b] bold
[ i] [/ i] italics
[ u] [/ u] underline
[url=yoururlhere ] hyperlinked text here[/ url]
[code ] [/ code] fixed-width spacing (not confident thisone'll work in journals, never had the need to try)

edit: TAKE THE SPACES OUT OF THE TAGS, OF COURSE!
