if you don't want to do it yourself. hire someone to do it for you... have them come every week or every other. After the person comes the first time to clean it from top to bottom... tell your friends you don't what it to be messed up at all.
or
get new friends that respect your wishes to keep your place tidy.
Their mother doens't live there to clean up after them, so neither should you.
