it's very important to know that the size of the fist and the size of the woman are compatible. if not, many bad things could go wrong like causing serious ripping in the vaginal tissues or impaling vaginal muscles on the coccyx. the best way to measure the woman is by going to the OBGYN and asking them to measure her, though i forget what specifically to measure. whatever you call it, it's the same measurement they use to figure out how large of a baby head can fit through the passage for birth. as for the man, measure across from left knuckle to right knuckle and if that measurement is smaller than the woman's number, then it's okay.

trim your nails and use a latex glove because the skin on your fist will create more tears in her vagina than a glove would. the smoother the surface entering, the less damage you'll cause. any form of fisting will create tears, even sex creates tears, so it's really a matter of reducing instead of preventing. use lots of lube.

if you can fit all four fingers in, then you could probably fit your fist. there are some tricks to getting the thumb in there. once you get the first thumb knuckle in, the whole fist follows rather quickly. the fist usually fits in one of two positions.

personally, i would never want to get fisted. i'm not much of a size queen. also, i've seen a live demonstration of fisting before, so i know that there are people out there who aren't porn stars that enjoy it. one of my friends has also been fisted before. it's just not a common thing.
