Here's the Air Force PT test:
42 Pushups in 2 minutes
60 "Modified Crunches" (ie Situps) in 2 minutes
2 miles in less than 18 minutes
We had a kid who couldn't do a single damn pushup when we started (someone fire that recruiter), and had him up to 45 when it came time to pass.
But if you can get yourself to these goals by the time you go there, you will see some great improvement over the next 2 months.
