Stuffed Jalapenos (bacon Wrapped! or Not!)
10- 20 jalapenos ( fresh)
1 block cream cheese
1 tub whipped cream cheese
chives !
dill !
garlic !
pepper !
1 lb bacon (optional)
these aren't as hot as you think once the seeds are gone!
Cut all jalapenos in half (lengthwise)
de-seed with a spoon
fill with mixture of everything above
wrap 'em in bacon for a real good time!
cook in oven on cookie sheet 350f bout a half hour
theyre done when the bacon's cooked Or when the filling browns on top
if your doin it with bacon: toothpicks help & try using the broiler rack cuz this shit gets greazy man
