That's not greed, it's capitalism. Ever play Sim City 3000? You can make deals for trash export/import there too. It happens between town in America as well. One town doesn't have enough room for trash, another has a lot, so they make a deal. Why Canada feels the need to waste money on paying us when they have room to dump trash beats me though. I guess that's just another part of the high taxes
