Well,
GM set me up a test drive with the Regional Manager to prove there was still a problem. Meanwhile the BBB set me up an Arbitration Date. On the test ride the darn shutter didn't show up!! ( OF COURSE) So the regional rep kept saying," Since there's no problem..." This sucks.. It happens over and over and then when he gets in the damn truck it doesn't want to do it! He did offer me a vehicle replacement of any GM product for the same MSRP. Which I thought was not bad! But I look through the vehicles and not much stands out for what I want. The only one is the Grand Prix '04... But Id really rather have my money back!
Any advice as to what I should do? If I go to arbitration and the shutter doesn't happen and I screwed since it is an intermitant problem. Should I try for the buy back with the arbitration or should I settle for the replacement?
