Grandia II, not cheap but the best RPG on the Dreamcast (some would say Skyes of Arcadia is the best but haven't played it yet)
Marvel vs. Capcom 1 & 2
Spider-Man for the dreamcast is the best Spider-Man game for the older consoles. The newer version based on the movie for the modern consoles (GC, XBox, PS2) is probably better, but for an old-school Spidey story it can't be beat on the DC.
