That is why I made the switch. It sucks sometimes, but what can you do.
I had an illigal copy (still have technically but it is not installed). Right now I am about 100% above board on software. I bought a thing from
www.serif.com caled Photoplus. The best way to describe it is that it is like a 1 rev back of Photoshop. It has EVERYTHING that photoshop 6 has which is really nice. It is very powerful, and the interface is identical.
You can get a free trial from
www.download.com that is older, but after you DL it, sometimes they will contact you (make sure you register it) to offer you a full version for only $9.95!!!!!! That is what I got at least.
