www.neons.org you will find stuff there. It is a very good neon board. Sorry I can't help you with your mods, I only know 1st gen neons. And as far as moding a non-turbo car. It is not about the waste of money it is about he fun of being able to acomplish something. Of course if you start with a semi-fast car making it faster is easer, but I like chanlenges.
