It is still not legal to download Dreamcast games off the net. The game manufacturers still own all the rights to the games and have the legal option to pursue action against anyone they find stealing their property.
That being said, please do not request pirated games from others on the board. To others, do not offer them to anyone else on the board.
However, if it is documented that certain games are freely availible for download by the manufacturer, there is no problem with helping others find those games.
