Definitely talk to a doctor. It's tough and embarassing and I had this problem as well. God, it seems like every guy has this problem. There's a lot of pressure to please a girl and not be a 2minuteman. Curveedv8 has great advice. I haven't tried that, but that's basically what my ex and I had to do.
