Had a bike stolen from me every summer from when I was 7 til I was 14, half of the time it was from my backyard. Even more annoying was 3 years ago when some smartass stole the quick release peg on my front wheel and I had to carry my bike home in two pieces from downtown.
My winter jacket with my wallet was stolen in Junior high, I had to wait at the office for 3 hours for my parents to pick me up.
Most recently, I was stiffed for nearly $1500 in rent and bills by my old roommates and had the bulk of my valuables stolen at the same time (including half my clothes). I'm not even sure which roommate robbed me, they were all scumbags, and I'll gladly hospitalize any one of them if I ever see them again.
