Depends on what you're up for.
Nekkid fun: one of the Hedonism resorts in Jamaica
Wilderness: Northern Minnesota - try Brainerd for resort stuff, or Itasca for nature stuff, or the Boundary Waters for really roughing it
City fun: San Francisco - tons to do, and it's ALL within walking distance. Or Vegas, if you can do it on the cheap.
Other places I've really enjoyed are Zion park in southern Utah, Snoqualmie, Washington (check out the waterfall at the Salish Lodge - the one they used for Twin Peaks), plus it's close to Seattle, and Yellowstone.
