I, II, III, IV (Zoso), Houses of the Holy, Presence, Physical Graffitti, In Through the Out Door. You can safely skip Coda, and all the extras they put out on various boxed sets are just so much gilding on the lilly, nice, but not really necessary. I would advise that you start with I, and whether you care for it or not, move on to Houses of the Holy, then In through the Out Door. Then II, III, Zoso, Physical Graffitti, and Presence.
My Favorite Zeppelin tune is probably "The Rover" on disc one of Physical Grafittim but it's all good: not a bad tune among the lot.
