For all you wing brothers and sisters you know this is my
favorite food.. The hotter the better. As long as I can still
taste the chicken. Nuclear is out but can be done on dares.

My only concern is using a marinade after 5 days. I know you said bring to a boil so bugs I'm not real concerned about.
With all the vinager spoilage shouldn't be a factor either.
It's the simmering of flavors that has me concered. What's left
