The stops I made in Perth and Hobart on the Kitty Hawk in '97 are still, to this day, the best liberty I've EVER had in almost 8 years in the Navy. The hotness and, ahem, friendliness to Americans, of Australian women are legendary among sailors. Those sexy accents, tight bodies... Who needs prostitutes? I just hit the clubs and hooked up with locals.
I will DEFINITELY have to get back there soon. Unfortunately, I'm stationed in the Atlantic Fleet. Someday though...
