By SD, do you mean SmartMedia or do you mean SecureDigital?
Generally, theyre all the same. SecureDigital, as the name implies, is more secure. SO if u are gonna have tender, secret files on the thing...go with SecureDigital. Otherwise, MMC is fine. MMC is supposed to be cheaper too.
