VC has a much better plot too. Ray Liotta doing the lead? Ms. Cleo as a Jamaican gang leader? Great stuff! I also liked that you really were a character in VC, not just some nameless nobody like in GTAIII.
Plus, adding scooters and motorcycles and helos to VC made it all the better. The radio was better in VC as well.

Amen to that. I think they work on different levels, GTA3 will appeal more to the younger generation where Vice'll appeal more to us adult lot who experienced the draining 80's.
Vice IMO is far superior to GTA3, graphically and in every other aspect whether it be plot or technical issues.

You could have a 1,000,000,000 GHz CPU but it wont make your game look any better if you don't have a decent video card.
