I think it is unlikely as i read that sperm dies within seconds of being anywhere that is not 'inside'

but even if you want to hear how 'unlikely' it is (which it sounds it is ) i guess there is always that tiny chance...but what is the harm in being cautious?

anyway here is a list i found of common 'early signs of pregnancy'

Breast Tenderness( 1 ah-oh) Nausea, starts to feel constantly tired,Frequent Urination, Sensitivity Around the Waist( +2 ah oh ), Emotional Upheaval, headaches, Backache

though honestly with that list there would be times i would feel pregnant
