It sounds like she has a definitely goal for the money - I would applaud her for being able to make a choice and still keep everything going. Maybe just sitting down and reconfirming her priorities will help keep communication channels open if you think she might be stretching herself too thin.
I was exactly like your daughter when I was 15. I was in band, worked 4 nights a week (12 hrs/wk), and kept up my grades. I thrived on being busy, and honestly I think it really helped me when I got into college. I was used to being able to do many things at once, and I had less of an adjustment than some friends who were trying to support themselves and commit to school at the same time.
