As part of the 30 in 30 challenge, here is my #1:
I was thinking of an interesting concept. while watching a music video (Come On Eileen by Dexy’s Midnight Runners ) I got curious as to where video was shot. So surprisingly, it is not a street in Dublin, but a corner in London. And I thought it would be cool to see via Google street view, what the corner of the street looks like now.

they are hanging out on the corner in front of vi’s store.
Today:
mapquest - Google Maps
it is the brook drive minimarket. (you may have to manipulate the google map a bit to turn around – look for the store on the corner).
What I would like to do with this thread is for participants to combine video locations with live photographic evidence (own shots, or Google map links) to the location. Let's see if this concept has legs.
