1) Go to a park on a nice day with a puppy or a handsome dog.
2) Go grocery shopping with a baby (friend's or relative's, and with their knowledge).
Either of these with get you lots of feminine attention, and several phone numbers if you'll just be yourself and don't do anything stupid. This works for every hetero man I know, and works on almost every hetero woman I know.
If you're into "alternative" (like me), I don't have any good answers for you (or myself).
