Hit the the
quote+ button first, for the quoted posts you'd like to feature first, and then it should highlight itself; you can continue multi-quoting posts by clicking the very same
quote+ button (the second "quote" button, to the immediate left of the quick reply icon) as many times as you'd like, and the quoted messages will appear in the very same order in which you selected them. Afterwards, once you are through selecting your quotes, you save the very last quoted reply, which should then be selected by the regular method of clicking the familiar
quote button. Et voila!
