you usually need a full load to impregnate your girl. going on statistics. usually you'll need 20 million sperms in your load to have a good chance of conceiving. thats just in the 2ml of load that went down her throat.
now assuming that she swallowed the lot, and licked up afterwards, then itd be safe to presume that you're probably not going to get her pregnant. Dr's will tell you that if you have a load of 10 million sperms, youre going to find it very hard to conceieve, but its nit impossible as long as you've got strong swimmers.
In your case, there is still a slight chance but extremely unlikely.
