Indoor: 2006, Eric Johnson, no contest. We were standing at his feet when he played Cliffs of Dover and May This Be Love/Waterfall
Outdoor: 1994, Tampa Fairgrounds... Suicidal Tendencies, Fight, Candlebox and Metallica. Period.
Honorable mentions to Seven Nations six of the eight times I've seen them and to Smashing Pumpkins at the Ice Palace in Tampa in 1996. Freaking awesome, but can't beat Cliffs of Dover.
Worst
Indoor: G. Love and Special Sauce, 2010... never thought I'd say that. We actually walked out because the sound was so fucked up and so was he.
Outdoor: Hmmm... can't think of one I've actually left.
