barring that, depending on the age group of the LAN (and gender of participants), I would go with a variety of drinks. Settling on one kind is a good way for shit to get old fast.
Pizza - Corona - Lime combo is my favorite by far
Malibu - Coke - Lime is one that has made me forget large portions of several nights of my life
Smirnoff Apple Twist - Apple Pucker - Granny Smith Apples have re-opened the door named "vodka" in my book that has been closed for several years. Just make sure the glass is chilled, and apple martinis are a great way to have a calm, collected evening of gaming.
If you don't got the $$$ for that, I'd go with a 20pack of Budweiser and a (4) 6-packs of Coke, Sprite, Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew.
